REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At TheValueGrabs, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it
– In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
– Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
– Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
– Personalized or custom-made items
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
– Perishable goods
– Intimate or sanitary products

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at Info@thevaluegrabs.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Item
Pack your item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your RA number. Ship to the address provided in our return instructions.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

– Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs and will send you a prepaid return label.
– Changed Your Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
– Wrong Item Sent: We cover all shipping costs and will send you the correct item immediately.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note:
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
– Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
– It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at Info@thevaluegrabs.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Take photos of the damage/defect and packaging
2. Contact us at Info@thevaluegrabs.com within 48 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and photos in your email
4. We’ll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund (your choice)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post)
3. Contact your bank (there may be processing time before a refund is posted)
4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Info@thevaluegrabs.com

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, standard return procedures apply.

To cancel an order, email Info@thevaluegrabs.com immediately with your order number.
